Myndvest is NOT a trading platform, a broker, a robo-advisor, or a financial services provider.
The Services provide educational content, behavioral nudges, emotional check-ins, and self-reflection tools. They are provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only.
Myndvest does not provide investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice. We do not recommend any specific securities, investments, or strategies.
You are solely responsible for all your investment decisions, and you should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old.
You must register for an account to access most features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
We understand that the data you input—including emotional check-ins, reflection summaries, and personal investing principles—is highly sensitive.
The Services are offered on a subscription basis, whichmay be monthly or annual. Details of the subscription tiers, features, andpricing are available on our website.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid subscription term. You will continue to have access to the Services until that time.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to the Myndvest methodology, the Principle Alignment Score algorithm, text, graphics, logos, and the underlying software, are the exclusive property of Myndvest and its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Myndvest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service or use it for unlawful purposes.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Myndvest does not warrant that the Services will lead to any specific financial outcome, investment success, or profit. Any reliance you place on the Services is strictly at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myndvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall the aggregate liability of Myndvest exceed the amount you paid to Myndvest for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
Myndvest may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or as required by law.
We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
